Your Suggestions for Future Theme Shows

As mentioned on the DJ Joe D Show (March 6, 2011), we are looking to have a lot more theme shows on a regular basis like the all-Novelty Song show we had a couple of week ago

It was a great success and there are lots of ideas out there for theme shows. So we are asking listerners and blog readers to leave some suggestions for us about what they may want to hear as a theme show in the weeks to come.

Leave us any suggestions you can think of...show about a particular artist, era in music, chart positions (e.g., all number 1 songs) or even a whole theme show around certain words that appear in a song title or lyrics! Anything within reason is welcome. Just leave your suggestions here in the comments section of this blog entry.

I'd like you to do a "covers" show. Play the original song from the original artist and play the cover version from another band as well.

How about a whole show with nothing but TV & movie theme songs that have charted? Welcome Back Kotter, Theme from SWAT, etc.

i would like an acoustic theme - either all acoustic songs or the original then the acoustic

The Team Wants to Play On The Air Canada Centre Ice--Watch The Video and Vote!

This is a link to a cool video of my son’s hockey team, the Vaughan Panthers Midget "A” team of the GTHL (17 year olds) from Toronto Ontario Canada, put together by a friend of some of his teammates---it showcases the team using the style of the HBO sports documentary series 24/7!

The video was made to support the campaign the team is involved with...Storm The Centre...that will see the winning team, amongst other perks, practice on the Air Canada Centre ice during a Maple Leafs morning skate!
